  • HOME HEALTH AIDES AND PROFFESIOANL care aids who have completed the state required certification course, help our patients in variety of professional and health care needs.

  • PHYSICAL THERAPISTS provide, under a physician’s direction, assessments, plan of care, therapy and evaluations.

  • HOMEMAKERS provide services to maintain the home.

  • Respectively, members of S & A Unified Home Care health care team is continuously monitored, guided and advised by our director of patient services.

  • Each member of S & A Unified Home Care teach is experienced, qualified and has excellent reference both personally and professionally.
